settled out of court and also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, recording the endorsement, this civil suit is dismissed, as settled out of court. Even though in the said endorsement, the Plaintiff has sought for refund of half of the court fee, I hold that the Plaintiff is entitled to refund of the entire court fee paid in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Court Fees and Suit Valuation Act as amended in 2017.
