PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.530 of 2016 in H.M.O.P.No.870 of 2016, dated 23.11.2016 on the file of the learned Family Judge, Madurai and consequently direct the learned Family Judge, Madurai to waive off the statutory period of six months and dispose the main H.M.O.P. No.870 of 2016 within a stipulated time framed by this court and to grant such other and further reliefs which this Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of this case.
