The claimants in L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court,
Madurantakam, have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Reference Court to dispose of the L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2011 within a stipulated time.

2.Mr.K.P.Gopalakrishnan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the L.A.O.P. is posted for arguments before the Reference Court and that the 1st petitioner is aged mored than 70 years and hence, the Reference Court may be directed to dispose of the L.A.O.P., within a time frame.
3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Sub Judge, Madurantakam, to dispose of the Original Petition in L.A.O.P.No.1 of 2011, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 28.04.2017 and inform the same to the Registry of this Court.
4.With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
