The respondent in C.M.A.No.21 of 2015 on the file of the Principal District Court, Tiruvellore has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Principal District Court, Tiruvellore, to dispose of the appeal within a time frame.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in

view of the long pendency of the matter, the petitioner is put to hardship and prejudice, hence, the Lower Appellate Court may be directed to dispose of the appeal within a time frame.
3.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Principal District Court, Tiruvellore, to dispose of the appeal in C.M.A.No.21 of 2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With these observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
