This Court vide order dated 24.10.2017 has directed the District Munsif
Court, Sholiinghur to dispose of the suit O.S.No.124 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and disposed of the above said Civil Revision Petition. However, after a lapse of two years, the District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur has written a letter to the Registrar General of this Court vide Dis.No.668/2019 dated 17.07.2019, requesting for extension of four months time to dispose of the suit O.S.No.124 of 2015. Hence, this Court has extended the time by four months by order dated 07.08.2019.
- This being so, the District Munsif, Sholinghur has written a letter to the Registrar General of this Court vide Dis.No.158/2020 dated 04.02.2020, seeking further extension of time for a period of six months in order to comply the order passed by this Court dated 24.10.2017, however, the same was not complied. Now, the District Munsif (FAC), Sholinghur has written another letter to the Registrar General of this Court vide Dis.No.1165/2023 dated 13.09.2023 and requested four month extension to comply the aforesaid order dated 24.10.2017.
