Both the parties appeared before this Court, filed joint memo of compromise and seeks direction to the trial court to number the I.D.O.P.SR No. 2610 of 2017 filed by the parties before the Court below for mutual divorce.

2 Recording the joint memo of compromise filed by the parties,
this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
(i) The petitioner is permitted to represent the papers before the
Court below within two days from today.
(ii) The Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to
number the O.P. if it is in order, immediately without insisting upon the marriage certificate and pass appropriate orders in the O.P. as expeditiously as possible. The joint memo of compromise filed before this Court shall form part of the order.
3 The Civil revision petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
4 Registry is directed to return the original papers to the counsel appearing for the parties concerned.
