Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 196o to set aside the decree and judgment dated 27.01.2016 passed by the Subordinate Judge, Thiruvallur in R.C.A.No.2/2015 confirming the fair and decreetal order passed in R.C.O.P.No.4/2011 dated 24.06.2013 on the file of the District Munsif, Thiruvallur and dismiss the said RCOP No.4/2011 on the file of the District Munsif, Thiruvallur.

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the concurrent finding of an order of eviction dated 27.01.2016 made in R.C.A.No.2/2015 by confirming the order dated 24.06.2013 made in R.C.O.P.No.4/2011.

2.It is now represented that both the parties have entered into a compromise and the revision petitioner/tenant had undertook to vacate the premises on or before 10.07.2017. The revision petitioner had also filed an undertaking affidavit in which the learned counsel for the respondent/landlord

had made an endorsement that he agrees for the time sought for by the revision petitioner to vacate the premises.

3.Recording the undertaking affidavit filed by the revision petitioner,

the present Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of and the revision petitioner is directed to vacate the premises on or before 10.07.2017. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
