2.Heard Mr.S.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.M..Hariharan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Though the petitioner has filed a Civil Revision Petition against the appointment of Advocate Commissioner, the learned counsel for the petitoner would submit that the purpose of appointing Advocate Commissioner has been defeated and a limited prayer to the extent that he would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a specific time.

4.Considering the submissions of both the parties, a direction is issued to the Trial Court viz., the learned District Munsif, Tiruppur to dispose of O.S.No.179 of 2016 within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
