ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision petition. He has also submitted a letter before the Registry to withdraw this petition and further he made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the same, this Criminal Revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
