ORDER
This petition has been filed to set aside the proceedings in Na.Ka.B1/8127/2016 dated 10.05.2017 passed by the first respondent.
2.The learned counsel, who is on record, has already withdrawn his vakalat and the same was recorded by this Court. Thereafter, the party was directed to appear before this Court and he also appeared before this Court on 16.08.2017 and sought time to engage another counsel.
3.Today the petitioner is absent and there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent is present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent is also present.
4.Hence, this Criminal Revision case stands dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
