When the matter was taken up for hearing, M/s.R.Seethalakshmi, Sub-Inspector of Police, Munneerpallam Police Station, is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.289 of 2012 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.370 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli and that the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 have not appeared before the Trial Court. Recording the same, this Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 4 to surrender before the Trial Court, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter, approach this Court for quashing the charge sheet.
