2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the 2nd respondent.
3.The learned District and Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil has sent a report dated 05.05.2017, explaining the delay in disposal of C.A.No.24 of 2013.
4.Accepting the explanation, this Court directs the learned District and Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil to dispose of C.A.No.24 of 2013 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
