On the complaint given by the petitioner a case in Crime No.916 of 2012 was registered against one Selvam and others and after completing the investigation a charge sheet has been filed against the accused and the same is now pending in S.C.No.59 of 2016 before the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District at Nagercoil for the offence under Sections 147, 448, 323, 294(b), 379(N.P) of IPC and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act.
