ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-
The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b),364(A), 395, 397 and 506(ii) of IPC of IPC in Crime No.1048 of 2016, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner has already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
4.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
