2.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
