Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed by the Learned Additional Sessions Court (Fast Track Court) Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District in S.C.No.131/2013 dated 22/10/2016 and enlarge the Appellant on bail pending disposal of the above Crl.A.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RAMACHANDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
The learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endrosement to that effect.
