Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
