Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1928 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1077 of 2017 dated 08.03.2017 and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAMEEL ARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.Ramachandran, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/Police.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent/police submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation. This petition is ordered accordingly.
