Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.JEGANATHAN, for M/S.VEERA ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYIL VAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-

The learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

A report dated 15.06.2017 received form the Session Judge, Mahalir Neethi Mandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Theni reveals the fart that the petitioners is complying with the condition from 26.12.2016 to till date as per the conditional order dated 20.12.2016 passed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD) No.12242 of 2016.

Considering the reason assigned in paragraph no.6 of the affidavit and also proper compliance, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court first working day of every month at 10.30 am till the disposal of the appeal.
