Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence and release the petitioner on bail on the judgement passed by the Learned 3rd Additional District Judge, Trichy dated 21/02/2017 in C.A.No.3/2016 by confirming the judgement dated 28/07/2015 in C.C.No.175/2013 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:-

Counsel for the petitioner is present.

Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the conditional order passed by this Court dated 10.04.2017 has been complied with, depositing 50% of the compensation amount before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri. The petitioner also filed proof of deposit of Rs.55,250/- before the said court on 24.04.2017.
