Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditional order passed by this Honourable Court in Cr.M.P.(MD).No. 9462 of 2016 in Crl.R.C.No.666/2016 dated 09.11.2016 to deposit Rs.1,50,000/- within a period of three weeks

To call for the records and to set aside the order in C.A.No.141 of 2014 dated 16.08.2016 on the file of the IInd Additional District Judge, Tiruchirapalli, against C.C.No.289 of 2009 dated 24.09.2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruchirapalli, conviction and sentence to undergo simple imprisonment for one month and to pay compensation of Rs.5,00,000/in default of simple imprisonment for one month for the offence under section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act and allow this Criminal Revision Petition.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.HAJAMOHIDEEN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
In view of the endorsement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
