Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner in C.C.No.77/2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Tirunelveli pending disposal of the above Crl.O.P.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SIVASUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner it is ordered that the personal appearance of the petitioner in C.C.No.77/2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.4, Tirunelveli be and hereby is dispensed with.
The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within a period 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such surrender, he shall be released on bail by executing a bond with two sureties for Rs.10,000/-[Rupees Ten Thousand only] each to the satisfaction of the Magistrate concerned and there after the presence of the petitioner before the trial court is dispensed with.
