To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.NO.3396 of 2016 dated 25/04/2016 in Crl.M.P.No.198 of 2016 in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.24060 of 2015 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.DHANASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of M/S K.V.RAJARAJAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions the court made the following order:-

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly from 19.12.2016 onwards and the charge sheet also filed before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Magistrate concerned.

Taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
