Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to enlarge the Petitioners on bail by SUSPENDING THE SENTENCE imposed upon the Petitioners in C.C.No.166 of 2014 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Manapparai, Tiruchirappalli District by Judgment dated 04.10.2016, which had been confirmed in Crl.A.No.54 of 2016 on the file of the Learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, Tiruchirappalli District by Judgment dated 03.01.2017 pending disposal of the main Criminal Revision and thus render justice.
