Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.VIJAYAGOPAL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468 and 471 of IPC, in Crime No.112 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners.
