Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent the court made the following order:-
The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 302, 307 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.324 of 2017.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
