Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for execution of sureties by the petitioner before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District in pursuance to the order of this Honourable Court Vide Crl.M.P.(MD)No.538 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14931 of 2016 dated 24.01.2017 in connection with Crime No.3 of 2016 on the file of the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Tenkasi, Tirunelveli District forthwith and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JEYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
Time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
