Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased To suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in C.A.No.5 of 2015 dated 10.04.2017 on the file of the learned III additional district and session judge, coimbatore, who confirmed the conviction and sentence passed in S.T.C.No.29 of 2012 on the file of the learned judicial magistrate, fast track, level-II, coimbatore. and relase him bail pending disposal of the above criminal revision petition, by this honble court and thus.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SHAHJAHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
The substantial sentence imposed on the petitioner is suspended on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- (Rs.One lakh Twenty five thousand only) being 25% of the Cheque amount in the credit of STC No.29/2012 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Tract Magisterial Level-II, Coimbatore, within a period of 30 days from today.
It's made clear that if this conditional order is not complied with, the interim order shall stand vacated without reference to this court.
