It is represented on behalf of the Respondent / Prosecution that the Petitioner / Appellant had not appeared on 07.03.2016, 01.04.2016, 01.08.2016 and 05.09.2016 respectively.
Since the Petitioner had violated the conditions imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.585 of 2015 dated 18.09.2015, this Petition is dismissed for non adherence of the conditions imposed.
