When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced the death certificate, dated 01.03.2017 issued by the Sanitary Inspector-cum-Births and Deaths Registrar, Madurai Corporation would shows that the appellant/Accused No.3 in S.C.No.12 of 2011 died on 27.01.2017.
2.In view of the above, the appeal in C.A.(MD)No.443 of 2016 stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
