Originally Criminal Revision Case under Section 397 & 401 of Cr.P.C. had been filed and as per order of this Court dated 07.08.2015, the same was converted into Criminal Appeal in view of the proviso to Section 372 of Cr.P.C. against the judgement dated 10.09.2013 in C.A.No.8 of 2011 passed by the learned District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur and to set aside the judgment passed by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Mannargudi dated 24.03.2011 in S.C.No.49 of 2009.
