This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) No.278 of 2013 dated 03.09.2014.
2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the 2nd respondent that the order has been complied with and patta was granted. Subsequently, it came to light that patta was obtained in collusion with the officials and hence the order passed was cancelled. The said cancellation of patta by order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 07.10.2016 was put to challenge and subsequently the said proceedings was withdrawn and it appears that the petitioner

approached the Civil Court.
3.In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
