Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Sivaraj, Inspector of Police, Thiruvaiyaru Police Station, Thanjavur District, is present. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the order dated 20.07.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with and the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired in CSR No.85/2016 and the same has been closed on 30.08.2016. A copy of the closure report has also been served on the petitioner by post.
2.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
