PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.SR39420 of 2017:-
to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 22.12.2016 made in E.A.No.32/2014 in E.P.No.46 of 2004 in O.S.No.121 of 1996 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr R.VENKATESAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.RAJESH SARAVANAN, Advocate for Caveator-R1 ,the court made the following order:-
The delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay Rs.500/- to the Legal Aid Services Authority with a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, this order shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court.
