Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 476 days in representing the second appeal in W.A(MD) SR.No.50509 of 2015 and thus render justice.

Prayer in WP(MD).NO.2843 of 2014: Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the petitioner's results of the certificate verification published by the 2nd respondent for the post of Assistant Professor of Tamil Nadu Collegiate Education Services and quash the same as illegal consequently directing the respondents to consider the petitioner for appointment to the post of Assistant Professor of TamilNadu Collegiate Education Services.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.BAALASUNDHARAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-

This petition seeking to condone the delay of 476 days in re-presenting appeal is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.250/- to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench, within a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that if the cost is not paid by the petitioner within the time stipulated in this order, the present Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
