Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue suitable Ad-Interim orders directing the respondents 1 to 3 to sanction provisional pension to the petitioner in the cadre of Superintendent in the 3rd respondent college namely, N.M.S.Kamaraj Polytechnic College, Pazhavilai within a stipulated time as may be prescribed by this Honourable Court, pending disposal of the Writ Appeal.

To prefer this Memorandum of Writ Appeal against the Order of Honourable Mr.Justice M.V.Muralidaran dated 21/02/2017 in Writ Petition (MD).No.18704 of 2013 on the file of this Honourable Court.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to sanction retirement benefits including pension to the petitioner in the cadre of Superintendent in the 3rd respondent college namely, N.M.S Kamaraj Polytechnic College, Pazhavilai and pass such further or other suitable orders.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.XAVIER RAJINI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.MURUGANANTHAM for R1 and R2 and MR.N.DILIP KUMAR on behalf of the Respondents 3 and MR.G.ARAVINTHAN[FOR CAVEATOR] for R4 the court made the following order:-

The relief sought for, will be considered at the time of deciding writ appeal.

Hence, this petition is closed.
