Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records on the file fo the 3rd respondent in G.O 182 dated 22/02/2007 under sec. 3D(1) of the Act and further the award no. 33/2007 and dated 26/11/2007 and quash the same.

This petition seeking to condone the delay of 274 days in representing the appeal is allowed and the delay is condoned, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1000/-, within a period of one week from today, to the credit of creche account, Women Lawyers' Association, Maduria Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. It is made clear that if the cost is not paid by the petitioner within the time stipulated in this order, the present Miscellaneous petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
