This Appeal coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments non appeared of the petitioner and Respondent either in person (or) by an Advocate , this Court made the following order:
On 21.04.2017, this court dismissed the C.M.P(MD)Nos.2051 to 2053 of
2017 in A.S.No.581 of 2002, as the cost has not been paid. Consequently, the first appeal was dismissed.
