Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of appointment for Mr.V.Ramasamy,Empl No.R04357 Son of Venkatachalam, Branch Manager, Sankari branch as Receiver to seize and deliver the vehicle TUSKER (6*2)-2214 (4/S), bearing Engine No.ZVH241053, Chassis No.ZVR215067 and Registration No.KA01AD4447, the custody of the Applicant, available at the Respondent premises or wherever found and with whomsoever it is found and permit the Receiver to obtain Police aid and to break open the premises.
