This application has been filed by the applicant seeking an order prohibiting the garnishees from making payment upto a limit of Rs.4,91,741/- to the 1^st and 2^nd respondents by withholding the salary of 1^st and 2^nd respondents every month to the extent as contemplated in Section 60 C.P.C. viz. after deducting the first Rs.1,000/- of the salary of the 1^st and 2^nd respondents and withholding 1/3^rd of the remainder salary and restrain the 1^st and 2^nd respondents from receiving the salary amount so withheld from the garnishees and further direct the garnishees to deposit the amount of salary so withheld every month to the credit of the above application till enforcement of the award passed in the arbitration proceedings.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that proceedings for arbitration were initiated between the applicant and respondents 1 and 2 in Arbitration Case No.SD2884/16 and an award dated 09.03.2017 passed in favour of the applicant.

3.In view of the aforesaid submission, this application is ordered and the garnishees are prohibited from making payment upto a limit of Rs.4,91,741/- to respondents 1 and 2 by attaching the salary as prayed for in the application and deposit of the same to the credit of the above application till enforcement of the arbitral award. The parties are at liberty to take such action hereafter in accordance with law.
