A letter was circulated to the Registry on 13.06.2016 seeking withdrawal of the above writ petition as the learned Special Government Pleader received instructions to that effect. It transpired now that after these instructions, so received, the petitioner died also. In these circumstances, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
