This Writ Petition has been filed, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.7.2015, within a stipulated time.
respondent along with forged documents and requested him to register the sale deed in her name. Hence, the petitioner gave a representation on 20.7.2015 to the respondent, requesting him to execute the sale deed in respect of the disputed property in favour of the petitioner as well as Mrs.Sankari jointly. However, as there was no reply, the petitioner had also issued a legal notice dated 26.09.2015. But there was no reply, which prompted the petitioner approach this Court, by way of present writ petition.
The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No
costs.
