Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.03/Kaa.Thu.Ka./Naa.Vu dated 22.03.2016 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same; consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner to hold street-corner meetings at requested places in Sendamangalam Town as mentioned in his representation dated 17.07.2016 as scheduled on 26.02.2016 and to provide adequate police protection for the same.
