Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for records of the impugned order, dated 23.12.2013, in Ref.No.Kiosk/SIDCO/Ph-1/2006, passed by the respondent and to quash the same, and consequently, to direct the respondent to call for fresh tender-cum-public auction of the kiosk situated near SIDCO in SIPCOT Industrial Complex, Hosur.

Reference may be made to the order sheet, from which, it is seen that after two occasions, i.e., 24.02.2014 and 11.03.2014, for the past two years, the matter has not been pursued, on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Thus, it appears that the
