Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2016 to remove the unauthorised and unlawful constructions put up in the common passage of 8 feet x 40 feet on southern side running north to south and east to west with reference of the property Old No.2B, New No.38, situated Govindarajan Street, West Tambaram, Chennai-600 045 in accordance with the sanctioned plan dated 09.05.1980.

On hearing the learned counsel for parties, it is directed that the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2016 be decided, after notice to all concerned, within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, after an inspection is carried out of the site within fifteen days of the receipt of the copy of the order.

The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.37341 of 2016 is closed.
