Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned
Special Government Pleader has submitted that the
Crl.O.P.No.25151 of 2016 was filed by the petitioner's husband
and father-in-law before this Court and the same was dismissed
on 24.11.2016. However, the Police authority has not harassed
the petitioner and they are only conducting enquiry in
accordance with law.
Recording the submission so made by the learned Special
Government Pleader, this petition is disposed of accordingly.
