This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to accord permission for the conduct of Adal Padal programme during the temple festival of Arulmigu Sree Mariamman Temple at Nallamalpuram Village, Kangeyam Taluk, Tirupur District and to provide necessary police protection.
inquiries with all the stake holders including the rival parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders either granting permission or refusing to grant permission depending upon the law and order situation in the locality. If permission is granted, at any cost, the program should not be allowed to be conducted beyond 10.00 p.m. on 23.10.2016 and that the program should not have any indecent items.
