Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent made in Na.Ka.No.286/2003/M.E7 dated 23.1.2003, to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to allow to continue the members of the petitioner's union as had been done hitherto from the date of appointment.
The petitioner is a Union and this writ petition has been filed by the Union, challenging the order passed by the first respondent directing the sanitary workers working under the Corporation to report before their respective Sanitary Inspectors, instead of reporting before Zonal Officers.
