ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner is called absent.
2 The petitioner claims to be the successor in interest of the land admeasuring to an extent of 14 cents in Survey No.17/6, situate at Vattampakkam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and according to him, the respondents 8 and 9, in collusion with the respondents 5 to 7, had fabricated the patta, chitta and adangal and in this regard, he had also lodged a complaint on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sriperumbudur, on 07.09.2015 and also submitted a representation dated 29.06.2016 to the respondents 1 to 5 and though the said representation was received and acknowledged, no response is forthcoming and hence, he came forward to file the present writ petition.
4 This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2016 in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the respondents 8 and 9 and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 8 and 9.
5 The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No
costs.
