The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to settle the pensionary benefits of leave salary, commutation, gratuity and social security fund and other terminal benefits, etc. legitimately due to him including the arrears of salary amounting to Rs.62,166/- with
12% rate of interest for the belated payment from the date on which they were due till the date of payment.
respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
